The HIMSS AZ–WA Chapters West Coast Regional Summit is a two-day healthcare IT leadership event bringing together clinical, operational, and technology leaders from Arizona and Washington. The Summit focuses on digital transformation, trust, and the human side of healthcare innovation through keynotes, moderated discussions, networking, and peer engagement.
This event is designed for healthcare leaders including CIOs, CMIOs, CNIOs, IT directors, clinical informatics leaders, digital health professionals, and operational executives. Industry partners may also attend through approved registration or sponsorship opportunities.
Summit registration includes full access to Day 1 programming, including the opening keynote, general sessions, thought leadership panels, networking events, the exhibit hall, and scheduled meals and refreshments.
The AZ HIMSS Golf Invitational on Day 2 is optional and requires separate registration.
No. The Inaugural AZ HIMSS Golf Invitational takes place on Friday, April 17 and is a separate, optional experience focused on relationship-driven networking and one-to-one conversations. Provider participation is complimentary and prioritized, while vendor participation is subject to approval and additional fees.
HIMSS members receive discounted registration pricing. Non-members are welcome to attend at the standard rate and may consider joining HIMSS to access member pricing and additional year-round benefits.
Yes. Vendors and industry partners may attend through standard registration, sponsorship, or approved participation. Golf Invitational participation for vendors is limited and requires submission of a request form.
